| November 9, 2010 Eighth European Workshop on Multi-Agent Systems (EUMAS 2010) OVERVIEW AND REGISTRATION Agent technology has had an expanding impact and depth over the past two decades and more, influencing and being influenced by other disciplines while making a distinct research contribution with novel solutions to industrial problems. This workshop is a European forum at which researchers, and those interested in activities relating to research, in the area of autonomous agents and multi-agent systems can meet, present (potentially preliminary) research results, problems, and issues in an open and informal but academic environment. Registration for the workshop and details regarding accommodation are now available from the website. We have listed the accepted papers, and a full programme will be available soon. INVITED SPEAKERS We are delighted to announce three distinguished invited speakers at this workshop: Professor Sarit Kraus Further details of their talks will be available from the website nearer the time of the workshop. LOCATION Paris Descartes University is located in one of the most famous and attractive districts of Paris, namely Saint-Germain-Des-Prés, and is very close to the Seine river. Within walking distance are situated some of the most attractive places in Paris, such as the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame de Paris, Saint-Michel area, Jardin du Luxembourg, Panthéon, Odeon, Latin Quarter, Montparnasse. Moreover the famous and historic coffee shops “Les Deux Magots” and “Café de Flore” are situated right near the university.
